Our primary priority is to understand your business, what you expect from it, and how it runs on a day-to-day level.

Over the telephone you can outline the kind of system you are looking for.  If you aren't sure, then tell us how you want things to improve and we will give you some options to consider.  It is useful, if you have a strict budget, for you to tell us at this point so we can work within it.

An initial meeting at your business premises will provide us with a detailed insight into how you currently process data and will indicate which are the best ways to move forward.  Shortly after the meeting we will agree on a system design, and provide you with a quote.  Once signed, this forms the contract between us.

The development of your system will then begin off-site at our offices.  At an approximate halfway point you will be given a chance to look at progress so far.  We will provide you with an easy-to-follow list of tasks to carry out on your new system to demonstrate that it meets the needs outlined in our contract.  Any comments or additional thoughts you have will be examined at this stage.

The finished work can be installed onto your computer system by one of our developers, or by your own IT team if you prefer.  You will then have a month to use the system and we will resolve any queries you may have. 

We are happy to provide ongoing support and development beyond this, for a small monthly charge.
